SQLSaturday 232 preparation

Ok I'm getting ready for SQLSaturday #232 in Orlando and doing major changes to both my presentation and the sample codes that I will used. This time I think on building an ETL frame work that companies could be able to used as a base ETL process for most of its ETL File loading need, the trick is how to manage the ragged right types. Delimited and Fixed with is actually been nail..plenty of example here, however, ragged right is always been a costume process...ohh well let see how it goes.
